Space can be defined in so many ways. AHA Projects connects with City municipalities, donors, and developers to find spaces that can be designed as nonprofit space.

Current Non Profit Spaces

We believe that Permanent Space for nonprofits or artist practitioners alleviates those entities of burdensome overhead expenses. Land and Building Ownership gives AHA Projects the freedom to explore dynamic partnerships that can impact our community. AHA is exploring land trust models that can support the communities services, alleviate them from displacement, and allow them to make a larger impact.

Art Queen

The legendary Art Queen located in Downtown Joshua Tree is home to amazing artisans, retailers and vendors. Purchased in 2024, we are beautifying the space and will welcome new retailers in Fall 2024

AHA Resource Center

Purchased in 2024, AHA is developing a collaborative, resource rich space for nonprofits and fiscal sponsors. Opening Summer 2025 with services available in January 2025.
